The BSGLPX Leg Press Attachment for the BSG10X Home Gym is different than most leg press attachments in that the BSGLPX does not require a separate station, instead it attaches to the front of the leg developer w/an extra pulley. This makes optimal and efficient use of your home gym equipment and allows you to conserve valuable space in your home gym workout space. The leg press is a compound exercise and works three primary muscle groups, quads, glutes and hamstrings.
